Burden Heavy Weight System

I dont like how my speed gos down or weapon speed, So I thought of something, a burden system. it matters on your strength if you rolled for 15-20 str/ you can carry up to 300kg if you rolled 10-15 250kg 5-10 200kg 0-5 150/ if you pass your limit you will be encumbered= your weapo nspeed will go down/ runspeed but if you go lower it will go back to normal, when your encumbered your speed/wepspeed will be BOLD red..
