Why cant people without NPCServer use some simple commands?

Why do we need a NPC server for commands like onwall2?
Its not like its serversided or needs a data base to read onwall width and height, i mean it shouldn't be like that anymore since all servers can use NPC server(if scripting is good anough) and almost all have it. When i release my server i may not have NPCserver but i want commands like that open for me. |
