Im Not In A Rush To Change Things

first of all i really feel bad for Cheetos i can understand how he must feel.now on to the subject of this thread, i do not intend on making Any changes at the present time.Im not taking this job and coming here go- ho to fire, hire, make wholesale changes. i need time to settle into this job and have a good look at whats going on.i also will listen to complaints anyone may have about any police, but i do realize that sometimes certain persons just dont get along with other certain persons,and just because you may have a complaint dont expect me to just up and fire anyone because you may not like them. as long as we all do our jobs there should be very little reasons for wholesale changes.im here to do the best i can whether it be for a day or a year.
