well, after seeing the effect of preparation for war on utopia, and making the attempt to just make it a basic fun playerworld instead, It was getting terribly difficult to see it all happening on the map so i decided to remove a few mountains and dirt ways to make more room for the fundimentals of a fun playerworld. so now, i'm starting the basic city in north central so it'd be easier to travel and such... the ideas will basicly be the same throughout cept for that wholeRP storyline... but you still get tanks and bazookas and guns =)
anyhow, here's a zip file which contains a HELLUVA lot of new screenshots of the facelift and also a new map which isn't finished very much at all... so tell me your thoughts NOW!
