ok well I am making a jail system for the police...
and I kind of want it like the one on 2001 (so I wont have to give rcs to everyone)
to jail someone all I need to do is set the players flag.
I am wondering how I can do that from a npc (like finds the account and edits the flags)

I am tring to make it into the police system npc (so they can jail people from any level)
so if there is a way to do it in a weapon please help me

and still help me if there isn't...
