WTF Levels?

I just saw the new mods on the level and graphics forum. Now I dont have any problem with either. The part that I think is ****ed up is Alkeran says who do you think should be mod blah blah. Two people suggest spanky no one suggests Kawaii and who gets it? Both of them. I mean why the hell ask if you're not going to listen. Its wonderful you pick two of the most inactive people. What happened to the poll for it? You make a poll for the ngr but levels you just pick two inactive people that only got two votes total for one of them. Nothing against spanky or Kawaii great people in general. Its just stupid to ask us its almost unanimous who the people want and he goes with something else. I mean if you're going to pick people who where barely nominated you could have at least chosen some active members.
