Tiles!!!

Alright... this is starting to piss me off >=(
I go to that court house on Graal2001 and if I go back outside, half the grass tiles are them retarded looking blue circles...
its to do with the settiledef or something...
Every time I want to fix it, I got to go delete that .TXT file and re-enter graal... This is ANNOYING!!!
