The levels belong to ToT regardless of its status. When the creator submits them to a server he loses all ownership.

But all this talk is irrelevent. We're not the ones to decide; it's Stefan's rules that count so get some sort of decision from him if it matters so much.

"Dynakiah" isn't ToT...

Maybe my arguments are bad but I think this is totally wrong...
