New Tileset Making Me Mad

there are some levels that use those lilypads mixed in with the lava tiles, now this normally would be all fine and dandy but, YOU DONT PUT A TILE THAT WOULD NORMALLY BE ABLE TO BE WALKED ON OVER A BLOCKING TILE!@@@@@@@@@!!!@!@!@@!!@@@@

this is also pissing me off with the white rome castle thingy too
