Guild making script thingie

[Mosquito]

Isent it possible to make something like
if a staff member says

Mosquito name Ferret (Cool Dude)

and the player whit account name Mosquito get the name
Ferret (Cool Dude) and when he takes it of he cant take it back
like a 1 time guild tag for fun just

like using "setplayerprop n Ferret (Cool Dude)" or what its called

(iam really NOT good at scripting)
