I can never play on free servers...

I tried classic tonight on my non p2p account and i get on and what do I find...? That I cannot move at all. I restarted graal and then my computer but the same result everytime. I close graal and get this error message everytime...

Access violation at address 0040318E in module 'GRAAl.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFF
