test server

there should be a test p2p server so that people can try out their scripts and expirement around with the way the server works

hacking and misuse would be regulated with accounts that people that wanted to use the server would have to sign up for which would be given out to everyone that wanted one and possibly they would get their own directory so people cant delete things out of them and after a certain amount of inactivity the account and levels would be deleted in a users folder
