Lightbulb Idea thing that I cant think of a name for right now.

Ground: regular walking.

Cliff: you would need hiking shoes to climb cliffs, and you would go at half speed up them with them.

Call: unscalable, unless you have a rope and a hook to grapple up at 1/4 speed.

Roof Slope: you would go at 1/2 speed up the roof, and 2 speed when going down the roof, and you would be able to jump down. the tops of roofs would be flat, so you would be able to walk across them.

Lava Puddle: in lava, you would move double your speed, and you would also get .5 heart damage for every second in the lava.

Lava Deep: you would sustain 1 damage for every second in the lava, and you would move at normal speed.

Water Puddle: it would be like regular walking, but you would make a water splashing noise in it.

Water Waist Deep: you would move half your speed, half your body would be under water, and you would not be able to use your sword, but you would be able to use D weapons (though the water would make some useless)

Water Swimming Deep: Sword and D weapons would be disabled, and you would move at half your speed.

Snow: You would move at 3/4 your regular speed.

Blackness: you cannot move in it.

Trees: trees would be climable by people, and they would be able to hide in the top leaves.

Ice: would be slippery, causing you to slide when you try to stop.

Mud: same as snow.

there are probably many more that I forgot, but is this a good idea?

*Since Bomys are shorter, waist deep water counts as swimming deep water
