Well hi, kids! Uncle vermain here, and I'm about to tell you about my fun fun experience on Damasca!
What a super fun server! First, I find out you have to download 900 K worth of graphics to "fully enjoy the server." I think I'd rather not "fully enjoy the server" then sit on my butt for half a day waiting for the stupid thing to download.
Of course, I had the choice to choose between "mind" or "sword". I chose mind. Then, I had to choose my kingdom. I chose the Althorn or Althirn or something like that. Then I was supposed to "touch a rock" to transport. I touched it and prepared myself for the wonderful Damasca world!
....which is an exact copy of Zelda 3's world! Hurray! I was greeted by a boat and was supposed to journey onto it. "How does it leave the lake" I ask. Simple dumby, there's a portal to the sea! It all makes sense!
So I arrive in a poorly tiled island. "No problem" I think. I enter another portal and I am immediatly killed by a well-coded basalisk! Fun!
So I arrive back at the starting rock place (Which can be considered as a "dumb thing"). I find I have no sword, so I ask my friend Malus how I do. Apparently, they haven't coded the sword giving thing into the game yet! Haha! That crazy Kirath!
I touch the rock again, and I am transported to some other weird place. I buy some mining equipment (Which doesn't work) and I eventually emerge in some town. I then toall saying that Tyne is making a new server, and boom, I am suddenly in jail! Wheee!
I find out DaKreep put me there. When questioned, he said that I advertised another server (That is pretty much non-existant right now) and so I "hacked" the server! I then proceeded to hack at my computer for spewing out such a horrid, vile playerworld.
This is a stupid server. It has no meaning, is confusing, and you AREN'T EVEN WARPED TO YOUR STUPID KINGDOM WHEN YOU BEGIN!
Final Scores:
Graphics: 6
NPC's: 5
Understandability: -3
Customer Support: -64
Overall Score: 3
Too bad they scrapped the old Damasca and came out with this lump of smoldering car parts.
