Any ideas whats messing this up?

Ok, whenever i walk to the left, (AKA west) my screen gets distorted, the only things that stay undistorted are the NPCs and players
Heres a screenshot, perhaps u can see it.
Any ideas why its doing this? And/or what to do? |
