Working/Moveing NPC's

OKay I want to know the script bird bird used at dustari castle! Like all those birds working! Dose anyone here know how to do that? Because I need some farmors cutting wheat and scooping water. And I also need a NPC Like "Manny (Police)" I need something like that to run around my town. (Not the part where he jails you ROFL)
