Stefan - Account and Paypal..

Stefan,

I had an account upgraded (JAM666) with paypal and recieved an e-mail at [email protected] (The account registry e-mail) and opened it up, waited a week to try the account, and it didn't work.. My friend consulted you about it and you said it should be upgraded in a few days/weeks or so, so i replied and said okay. I waited about 3 weeks, and still nothing. I replied with information wondering what was going on, and still go no response. I would like to know what is going on or what happened? Was the transaction canceled? If so, i would like a refund because i haven't recieved anything back yet.
