Lag on Graal

Many people say I lag on purpose! But IT'S NOT TRUE!! I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO NOT LAG! Is there a trick? Is there a way to optomize graal? I am lagging soo bad! I am at that ice place that's going to be blown up! And I cant get out! Like I cant touvh the guy! I dont get whats wrong? I have 800 mhz 120megs of ram! 56.6 k modem (Goverment will only let you run at 53.3) ANd I have a good video card! I just dont get it at all!
