Melee Changes

So, I announced some changes to melee weapons a while back. I decided to roll them out slowly a little at a time instead of in bulk like I did with guns. This is because these changes require more scripting than just editing variables.

I decided that SS and LS really needed buffs: they totally weren't worth the price.

Highlights: Shurikens are pretty awesome again. You can throw them fast, almost like a gun.
I added a "Light Saber Throw" that's basically like the boomerang.

I hope to get to the rest of the melee weapons soon enough, but they won't have the really personalized attention that these two got since they're not worth as much (saber might be an exception to this, but I think it's pretty good as-is).
