hello!

i recently attempted to submit a complaint regarding the forum moderation by clicking 'contact us' at the bottom of the page, however after i submitted the email detailing all of my grievances regarding the forum moderation, i immediately received a response saying:

please can this be fixed so i can submit my complaint regarding the forum moderation
