RC missing weapons?

Hi, I just started scripting GS2 and joined a server, but whenever I open rc it seems the weapons button is missing? I'm not sure why, I tried re-installing it, which did not solve the problem. Maybe someone will know why?the problem. Maybe someone will know why?
