The following thing make a guil fail!
1.ASK FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN!! (the only people you should ask are your Friends) So just find people!
2.An Unofficle guild fail's because it's not offiacl! LOL!!
3.You are not known and or everyone hates the leader!
4. If you do not start wars with the most powerfull guilds!
5. Never quit a war..DONT GIVE UP!
6. Never Allie
7.Have no requirments! (Just find good people!)
8.Dont put in Newbies (unless friend) because you can not train them! They have to learn.
9.Dont try to act like you guys are the l33t ****! (because unless you have a good reputation YOU ARN'T!!)
10. NEVER!! EVER!! Get in fights with staff, Beca |
