Gang System

It's become quite obvious to me (and many others) that the state of the current gang system is a disaster. We currently have two gangs raiding, and, over 50 created gangs, many with one player. Gangs don't do much anymore, and, they were what defined era, well, at least they did to me. I'm not saying we need to get back to our old gang system, although that would be acceptable, but, this current system is not working out for our player base. Self created gangs looked good on paper, but, when put to action were only good for a week (a month TOPS.) So, what do you guys plan on doing to fix this situation? many staff ignore it, some just pass it by, but, we really REALLY need to get this sorted out, I (as one person) shouldn't have more points than all but two gangs...
