k/d fix or delete

this kill and death idea was a good idea and would have been a lot better if more time was put into it and it was done better before it's introduction. the only way you can record a kill is if it's by a finishing blow from a melee player. magic/wisdom/poison/diseases don't count.. how is this at all accurate then? since most kills are going to be by poison/magic/wisdom especially since most people run when they're about to die. and mages (especially brigid players) can't record kills... only deaths...

if you have listen 2 on then u can see when anyone dies in the game.. and they're it counts.. "seeya killed mattdapimp with fear of brigid" so why can't that be a recognized kill in kill/death? or it'll say "Majindragon killed chaosorc with poison (applied)" so why doesn't it recognize that in kill/death?

as a mage it's very depressing... death raise will kills stay at 0 :/ yet another kick to the face for mages.

now u can attack a mage and it's win win... if you win u get a kill if u lose well u don't record a death so hell just keep attacking them..

can we either fix this or remove it? i rather not see it remove.. i think it was a great idea and definitely would have sparked more pvp action and even more appeal to GK if it worked properly.. but at the moment all it does is depress people. especially mages.. melee players have kills stolen by poison all the time, and mages simply can't record kills.
