I've decided to utilize Supernanny's (pooper200000) FAQ application. All applications are to be forum PMed to me (Dante396) or emailed at [email protected] with the subject as "FAQ Application".

Supernanny's FAQ Application

Alright! We plan to start this out with just simple questions. This will not be a short application. We intend for you to show your desire for this FAQ position by extensively answering the questions.

One word answers are looked down upon and it is always nice to see proper grammar and spelling. We encourage one word answers but being concise in your answers will show your interest in this position. Remember a FAQ always needs to type clearly to be understood as easily as possible.

Requirements:
Must be Gold (Unlimited PM’s)

Tell us about yourself.
1. What is your nickname and account name?
2. How many hours do you have on Zone?
3. How long have you been around Graal?
4. Have you ever been a staff member? If so where? If you quit or were fired please tell why.

Now that we know you, here are some questions about Zone in general.

1. What weapons do you think are balanced? Why are those weapons balanced?
2. What are four sources of information if you do not know the answer to a zone related question?
3. How should another player be treated when you are helping them?
4. When you speak what is the most important point for you to help the player understand? What are some techniques you would use to do this?
5. What type of questions do you anticipate being asked if you are hired?

Situations:

1. A player is harassing you while you are trying to help another player. What are a few options you can take and which one would you choose? Why did you choose that option?

2. A player wants you to mass out a link for their guild. Should you do it?

3. You were walking around on the drop ship and were suddenly spammed with questions. You open the first few and you can’t understand them. You don’t know the answers to the other PM’s. What should you do for each set of PM’s and why?

4. Multiple hackers and rule breakers were just reported to you. No other staff member is online. What are a few of your options and what is the best option? Justify your answer.
