Graal on Vista x64

I'm trying to run Graal to assist a mate on his server, and I am simply unable to communicate to him in-game due to Graal incessantly lagging. It renders a few frames at a time, then simply freezes.

Note: Skills server is the only observable server so far with these issues. It also has had a lot of complaints recently by a great many of people... coincidence?

Any assistance?

PS: Also, I noticed that, apparently, you're using Direct3D 7. Perhaps it's time to update to Direct3D 9 or 10?
