There are so many requests, to disable or close either of the unpopular kingdoms. Or that a leader hand over the kingdom to the next.

If either of those kingdoms gets "closed", this could be the chance to open a neutral territory. That kingdom all the other kingdoms fight about to capture.

A all out battle by sea and the lands on the weekend, to take control over the kingdom. Something to battle about, cause all out battles are really really rare, even if it was very good possible on this piece of game.

The weekly winning kingdom does get control over the kingdom, and possibly be able to loot the tresures held within that kingdom. Until the next weekend when the forces of each kingdom gather again they'r armys to take over those lands, and the kingdom currently in possession got to defend the lands.
