Helicopter Ropes

We have improved the helicopters on the bunker map to be able to carry team members, which should make the game much more fun:

- When driving a helicopter go up (D) and click on the icon which appears on the botom right of the screen
- A rope will appear. Team members can climb onto it by clicking on the icon which is shown left of the big helicopter now

We might make the usage a little bit simplier and fix some small glitches, if you have ideas then they are welcome
