classes and databases

so, I'm using classes as storing my item data

However, once I update the class i am getting a list of all the items in the database, not just in that one class... is there any way to pull just a list of the variables for that one class?

  this.item_Not_Hiring = {
    {"controller", "+Signs"},
    {"displayname", "Not Hiring"},
    {"icon", "nothirings_sign.png"},
    {"weight", {0.0,0.0}}
  };

In one class, and in another

  this.item_Yellow_Mum = {
    {"displayname", "Yellow Mum"},
    {"icon", "era_flower-1_1a.png"},
    {"weight", {0.10,0.01}}
  };
