Tiling & Predefined
|
Okay, I know most people don't really like levels with predefined objects... but, if you're creative enough, you can make a pretty good level with predefined stuff. It can take down the work a bit, too... you don't have to unnecessarily do village paths with only tiles because there's a predefined object for it.
Tiling, yeah, that can make good levels, but it's also very tedious and time-consuming.
I say that if you use the two together (like predefined objects for platforms but tiling for shadows, for example), you can make good stuff. |
