PM/Client Problems, Freezing, but not Crashing

Whenever I try to open up a PM on Graal, the whole game just freezes, and I NEED to end the process.

It doesn't crash, it just freezes.

I can play Era/UN/Other servers just fine

I can also open up PM's via clicking the PM's in the bottom right of my screen.

It's nothing to do with my graphics or malware/spyware, i've scanned my computer and everything is fine, I fixed the drivers of my Graphics card as well, I've tried reinstalling Graal, defragging my computer, and diskclean ups...
