(just realized this is nearly identical to another problem in another post..but nothing got solved there either)

click to open graal..... nothing happens.

sudo graal

Direct Rendering is enabled, Graal should run smoothly.

The license file is invalid.

i'm running edgy eft, I just reinstalled graal and just did apt-get upgrade/update and apt-get dist-upgrade, so most things should be in order

help a brother out
