Shipyard improvements

I am formally requesting that we put a security feature on the shipyard gates for all kingdoms. A Kingdom rank right letter to allow ONLY Captains and Admirals and Possibly higher ranking officials to use the shipyard. Without these rank rights, the shipyard is pretty much pointless. It's always open, meaning anyone with a ship and the patience to simply sail into it, can do whatever they so desire to a kingdoms shipyard. Either you can fix it or you may as well just remove the entire bloody thing from the server. Because right now its a waist of time and an extra entrance to the castle I'd rather not just leave open. Dont even think about smart comments to me because I'm most likely going to ignore them, and this post for several weeks. Because thats about how long it takes for any capable staff to even read this, let alone take action onto it.
