You're right, this game is aimed for 13 year olds. Now do 13 year olds have enough money to throw around or access to different things?

I object. My cousins don't have jobs and they only get money on christmas and birthdays and they each have 400 dollars in cash from 1 birthday. If they get that much they have plenty to throw around thats almost 10 times the amount needed.
