sprites

Today I tried to make a alternate version of sprites.png and make the shadows in it translucent (see attached file). Sadly a bug occurs when using a 24bit image.

The shadow underneath the player becomes translucent & white. This also occurs if the standart sprites.png image is saved in a 24bit version.

See the attached file for the example of the "translucent shadows". All of the other sprites within the sheet work perfectly but only the shadow underneath the player is displayed negativly (so black becomes white & translucent even if the image isn't trancelucent) This only occurs with 24bit images.

The methode I used for creating the 24bit image was with Jasc Paintshop Pro version 8.01
Export>PNG Optimizer>
Settings: 24 bit image.
Transparency: Alpha Channel Transparency.
Format: Non-interlaced

But I doubt that the error is created by the methode used for creating the image and suspect that the error lies in how graal handle's the default "player shadow" if the file is a 24bit alpha image.
