In order to increase the number of new memebers, we should set up a part of the forums for people without accounts. They could only ask graal related questions, and it would be a place where they could get introduced to Graal, and the community. Obviously, IP addresses would be watched for bannings etc.
Allowing P2P like access (for trials) to a different server each month, also all their saved data is deleted from that server each month, unless they buy a P2P account. They would have the normal trial access to the other servers as well.
More global comunity activities, like global events, and special deals, to show new users how much fun Graal can be. It would also be fun for current users. Also, make these global events available to trials, but restrict them in some way, like a trial only area, and they can't save. Just to give them a peek.
EASIER DEVELOPEMENT:
Lets face it, a begginer can't learn GS2 without a server to load scripts to, so they have to learn GS1, then GS2.
Graalshop can be difficult to start with. It should be able to move frames around, and have more parameters and sprites without having to open up the file as text. I'm still learning how to gani.
Have devtutorials, along with instructions on how to use the giftomng program, and how to trans files all in the Graal folder.
