White Flag idea

I got a idea for the white flag

to start off white flag in war meens u serender (how ever u spell it )
so when u activate it your weapons get disabled for 30 seconds and when time is up you are warped back to your HQ when u activate Flag u canot take Enemy bases till your Serender time is up

any way it sounds good but why have the flag if it justs takes up valuable space

any way its just a idea dont post some long boring story of why it wont work -_-
