Chibi Development

Ok, well i have'nt pixeled in a long time, no assignments D:
Anyways, i thought id make some chibi bodies, and this is what ive gotten so far, ive been trying to use less colours as possible for a cell shaded feel.

I might start using programs other than MS Paint which is pixel by pixel, and creating colour palletes is a pain.

So here it is,


I think clothes will work well for this :P If i actually finish.
Also, could anyone recommend good programs for me ^_^
