Buddies/Ignore

[Zero Hour]

I believe the buddy & ignore system should be updated so each account has their own buddy/ignore list.

When you add a buddy make the client write "Account_buddies.txt", an example of this would be "Zero Hour_Buddies.txt".

And, likewise, when a specific account puts a user on ignore the client should write the entry to a text file specific to the account. An example of this would be "Zero Hour_ignore.txt".

Should be pretty easy to implement.
