Unfortunately I have determined that the pillory is abused in order to warp players without permission. If I should determine in the future further offences (e.g. if someone get for less than 5 minutes pilloried), the pillory from the concerned kingdom will be remove.
It's the kingdom leaders job set the pillory rights to reliable persons only!
