Declining of a much loved Playerworld

It has come to my immediate attention that a great playerworld is declining. We've all played it, and we've all loved it, and hated it. It's been home to many hack-attacks and it's been host to some of the most loved people around.

Yes, folks, I am talking about Unholy Nation.

Initial Impressions
I have noticed upon my return to Graal that the player count has been reduced to something like 12 players during the day, which is pathetic opposed to it's long gone minimum of 40 players 24/7. The maximum is barely competing with servers such as Era (Understandable), Maloria and Atlantis. Unholy Nation dominated the Server List by atleast +30 players.

Development
The reason why Maloria, Atlantis and Era are getting more and more players is because of one thing:

They are getting better.

What is UN doing? Sitting there being home to people who don't wish to PK or have fun but to chat and to argue.

The statistics on in the server message claim that the new mining system is nearly completed. That's been stuck like that for atleast a month.

There is simply not enough development going on. There is some, I've seen first hand, but not enough.

There's more argueing going on than there is developing.

Respect
Most of the time, arguements break out due to disagreements, which is understandable, it happens, but inside these disagreements is massive amounts of disrespect.

The disagreements not only are massed, but are also full of swear words and personal bashing. This makes UN a place you wouldn't want to be.

When you'd try and sort something out, you'd be totally disrespected by players amongst the arguement (See attachment)

Conclusion
In conclusion, the only way to actually overcome these problems is to replace the current management with sharp, willing managers, with enthusiastic ideals for the server.

The only way to heal this wounded server is to pick up the pieces, and work them together instead of patching them over by saying that new features are being added that UN doesn't actually need.
