New Rank System?

ok this something me and a friend came up with. Seeing as the rank system makes no sense at all right now. We have no Naval Fleet, no archers, or Rangers. Also the ranks shouldn't be classified by race at all. It's discriminatory. If someone wants to be an Orc they shouldn't have to be a low rank just because of it. An Orc can be anything an Elf can be.

Ok so here is the ideas we have come up with, it is not definate. We would just like to get all of your opinions before making any decisions. Let me know if you see anything that should be added or removed. As you can see each rank has a specific job that they should do for the kingdom. Everyone should play the part of their rank. This will also improve RPing throughout the kingdom. So just post and let Me know what you think. =D
