Hiring a few to Nadaria

I need 3 people to help me with this server. The server is called Nadaria. It will be P2P because of the limitations of free servers. I need someone to create graphics (i.e. Webgifs). Another position I need to have filled is an elite scripter. I can do intermediate scripting, but I would like to have an "expert" there to help. The final position is a Gani artist.
