Mech Neutralizer(Made by Sukra)

I'm good at levels, not graphics. But, I decided to give it a try.

Mech Neutralizer

Info:The Mech Neutralizer, MechNo for short(MechNu sounded ***), doesn't hurt the mech. It works like the Electron, it neutralizes. If hit, the Mech goes down for aproximently 8 seconds. Placed like a proximity mine, you lay the MechNo and wait for a hit. Good for the starwars theme. Just the words Mech Neutralizer should bring fear and terror to the fields(mainly because it is extremely difficult to say). I remember a post about the unequality of the Starwars Arena. Well, this might even it out. With the MechNo you can make your base a lot more defendable. I didn't make electricity gifs, but I figured you would have them. When you carry the MechNo, the center is gray. When you place it, the MechNo's center turns green. When activated, it turns yellow.

Well, I think its pretty good for my first graphic.
