Transferring large amount of strings from serverside-clientside and vice-versa

Im working on a gang system thats really user friendly and uber cool heh, but im not sure on the best way to transfer all the strings at once to and from the database that stores the info, with triggeraction, that'd be a lot of parameters, are there any other ways?
