Admin Panel IP

Well when i logged into the admin panel a while back the server and npcserver came up as N/A. I then contacted ProjectShifter and we were gonna try to look at it. Well I changed the IP for the admin panel to what PS told me his was, but it was off by one number and we both got locked out. So now, a few weeks after i sent the email to robert about it, I need to use it, but I am still IP locked out. Any help?
