Dynamic IPs - Used for Dialup users...a random IP number drawn from an available range...AOL IPs start usually with 172
Static IPs - Don't change unless you reset the actual modem
Most people that play Graal are Dialup users so are IP addys change each time we log on...it's wise to set an IP Range of numbers that are consistent each time you log on
Those that play Graal through DSL, Cable, etc. should set their IP range to their literal IP in the RC Rights Window
