Maybe i have broken a few rules, maybe more than a few, ive never denied it, but you learn from your experiencs and want to advise other people on them. But how can you when as soon as you **** up once hell youre only human not many admin or staff really give a toss about what you have to say. Really thats all i ahve to say, make graal a more player based environment where we get a say in what you do to our game. Because really without the players the game wouldnt be much fun.
Well my former Ebil kitty person there of.

I have had experance of being currupt, and its just brought me bad things, so I stoped a long time ago. I've said this before, to be a good administrator or a nice person to people, you have to hear their complaints out to their fullest, listen to them, and most importanly realize that they are a real and flesy and fatty as you are, and they need the same respect as you give to anyone else.

Than after that you deal with their problem how ever you can. And as for the local administrators on 2k1, if you guys have a serious problem pm me or Loriel, we can Handel it the best. As for Global jobs, pm some of the higher admins to talk about the situation and than bring it to a conclusion.

The only hard thing I see for me in administrating is, not letting the mean people get to me, keeping my cool, and just having the time for it, therefor My forte on graal is not administration.

But, it also gets hard when you have people pmming you trying to say "hi, sup, y0, WAZUP" I know it means no harm, so I say hi in return or ignore it because I'm usaly working on somehthing, but than they go one step higher say I hate them just because I won't respond.... now those people I just have to explain that I am not toaly here and such and such, but it still gets anoying, but hey, have you ever seen me explode at anyone?.... in public L_L

I've yelled at a cupple administrators before, made a cupple want to quit, and I felt bad for that, but anyway, it gets upsetting when the people don't do their part as well, by reading the rules, being pasient (gah I can't spell) and being nice to the staff, its not a requirment, but it makes the experance and the staff a bit nicer and a bit more happy.

Though.. I can't stand people who demand stuff from me, "CHECK UR E-MAIL I SENTZ MAIL AND HAT IN IT AND LEVL APP HIRE ME NOW AND GIVE ME RC"

=\ when I say please mail it to [email protected] its a suttle gesture of saying, I am bussy right now,and I'll check it when I can. =\ and I end up cheking it about 2-5 days later, so, thats one thing I can't stand, people demanding things from me and for me to check or do this or that just because they said so, I usualy just say "No, I will do it when I do it"

but I get too many AIM messages of people trying to be nice, saying hi and such, but it gets overwhelming with 18 aim windows open at once x-x, than the one in 10 people who always ask "HEY can you do this for me?" =\ people these day, no sense of common sense or courtosy.

Rawr, but you don't see me Complaining ^_~
