I need some help troubleshooting

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong.
I load up graal, hit start, and i cannot connect to the server list. I have the newest version available. This has been happening since yesterday. It was working fine the day before (and i had the same software as now), but now wont connect. Ive tried 2 different accounts, my p2p and free. Neither work. The only thing i can figure is maybe my IP is banned, but i don't see why. I wasnt notified, or anything. No police or other graal official had a problem with me. The players didnt say anything to me. I was just walking around two days ago, now im stuck offline for graal . Are there any settings that i should change? Why wont graal work for me anymore?
