I was on graal OFF Duty i hit a bomy with my sword and he flew into the water. I put my tag on and a bit later he came flying back
and immediatly shoted racial abuse at me. (See screenshot) then shouts abuse about my sexuality, my mums sexuality and calls her a ****. This is all in front of Scorpz when i asked konidias to jail him (with tag on) he ignored me () so i asked loriel he ignored me so i wait and the guy carries on so i ask loriel AGAIN and get this:

so he wouldnt jail him for either:
1)Plain ignorance
2)Couldnt be botherd opening RC
3)Hes a friend of a guy

all 3 are just plain corruptness.

This guy had broken over 3 of Graals terms and conditions to a staff member!!. This usually means immediate banning! But NO hes still roaming FREE but if id of said even "Crap" to a policei would of been jailed!!
